Shri Gajanan Maharaj Shikshan Prasarak Mandal’s Dnyanvilas College of Engineering was established in2025 as a permanent non-grant college approved by All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi & affiliated to Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University. The college is also approved by Directorate of Technical Education, Mumbai & Government of Maharashtra R.No.TEM-2025/P.No.110/Tech.-4,Dt.27/06/2025.
DVCOE will provide facility for paying the online registration, tuition and various service fees tostudent to pay through Internet. Current rules and regulations of the institute will apply to all such transactions. The following terms and conditions will apply to the users of DVCOE Payment Gateway offered through our website. Please go through the conditions carefully
- No user can register more than once on the ERP/Website. Please note that once you register yourself on the Website, you are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions set by the University.
- Multiple registering will deem to have violated the terms and conditions resulting in deactivation of all such user registration withoutnotice.
- DVCOE performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal procedures of Government of India, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of DVCOE right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this ERP/Web Site or information provided to or gathered by DVCOE with respect to such use. You agree that providing details of your use of the ERP/Web Site by DVCOE to regulators or police or to any other third party, or in order to resolve disputes or complaints which relate to the Web Site, is DVCOE complete discretion.
- If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth herein, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue ineffect.
- This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the student and DVCOE with respect to payments of registration fee on DVCOE Website and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between the student and DVCOE with respect to this Website. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printedform
Procedure for Payment of Fees/Registration Fees
- Payments for fees will have to be made through Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking/UPI.
- Students intending to pay for the fees will have to log into DVCOE ERP/website.
- Users are advised to print receipt immediately after payment and to keep in record so as to minimize inconvenience during further course of action.
- The cardholder should not disclose his/her credit card number, date of expiry orthe CVV number over the phone to anyone.
- Approval for fee received will be given only after money is credited to DVCOE account. This is received normally after two working days.
Privacy Policy
- All Master, Visa, SBI Maestro Credit Cards and Debit Cards are accepted for transactions on the payment gateway available through the DVCOE website.
- All Credit card transactions over them are carried out through a secured payment gateway.
- Card holder must verify the courses opted for before making the payment.
- The success and failure of a card transaction is at the sole discretion of the card issuing bank. DVCOE assumes no responsibility for any dispute arising there.
- DVCOE shall not be responsible for any fraudulent or disputed transactions. In case of a dispute regarding any card/net banking transactions made by card holder through the DVCOE website, the same must be resolved by cardholder directly with Your Bank/Credit card issuer. You agree to not make DVCOE a party to any such dispute. DVCOE shall not be liable to you/ cardholder for any consequence arising out of any fraudulent or disputed transactions.
- DVCOE reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this Fee Payment facility or to withdraw it completely.
- You acknowledge and agree that all disputes in relation to Fee Payment over the DVCOE website shall be subject to Pune jurisdiction.
- These terms and conditions are in addition to the Terms & Conditions of the Subscription Contract and if there are any inconsistencies between the two, these terms and conditions shall govern for the limited purpose as specified herein. These terms and conditions shall not constitute a modification or waiver of any other provision of the Subscription Contract. Terms used herein but not defined shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the Subscription Contract.
- By making a Fee Payment over the DVCOE website, you hereby agree to comply with these terms and conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms and conditions. You agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless DVCOE and its respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of its respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from your or any third party’s use (or misuse) of the Fee Payment facility available over the DVCOE ERP/website.
Cancellation Policy
- The Registration/Application Fee is non-refundable.
- All terms and conditions mentioned in the Cancellation Policy in the Student Handbook/ Prospectus are applicable.
- All Types of fees Paid online will be non-refundable. (As per DTE & DVCOE norms)
Terms & Conditions
√ Yes, I have read the terms & conditions for online payment and accept them.
- For all online payments, a nominal processing fee will be charged as per the mode of payment selected by you. (As per bank orms)
- If there is a failed transaction, please wait for at least 2 hours before initiating new transaction.
- If the amount has been deducted from your bank account, please mail us your transaction details.
- In such cases make another payment only after you receive the status report from us.
- For students in Category kindly contact college to verify the amount to be paid.
